If you'd like to give coaching a try, contact yourevolution, and feel free to ask questions about coaching such as how it works and whether or not it is for you. Once you establish with your coach that you'd like to give it a try, try it! Your first 30 minute session is free of charge. This can be in person, on the telephone or on Skype. If after the first session you'd like to continue, you could add on a three-session series. Each session is 45 minutes in duration and takes place once per week, booked in advance. Once completed, you may wish to book an additional three sessions, or continue on an as-needed basis, depending on your goals and your needs.
While coaching sessions are almost always booked in advance, there is no "life" contract in coaching; you can start and stop any time. For example, you can sign up for a series of sessions until you reach a particular goal and then stop. You can come back for a single, 15-minute "focus" coaching session if in a pressing situation or if you need to work through an unforeseen circumstance. There are many options available--it's your path at your pace!
